90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Compresso socks. If you're not happy with them for any reason, you can request a full refund within 90 days of delivery. Wear them, wash them, and put them to the test. Our guarantee still applies.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at luisrabago2008@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about why you're requesting a refund. We'll reply within 1–2 business days.

No Return Needed
In most cases, you won't need to send the socks back. Once your refund is approved, you can keep, donate, or dispose of them.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us within 90 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us within 24 hours of purchasing. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled, but it's still covered by our 90-day guarantee.
